First of all, I want to say "thank you" for the lovely comments you posted on this blog. Some of them were realy touching. I also had some very nice e-mails, even one with a little suprise, from Patricia, as you can see here. She made with mk-16. Thanks, Patricia.

Summer is over.......(sigh) Minikit 16

Yep, it's over! Ups and a few downs.......but in the end......I had a good summer. One of the good things is....I have a new internet connection........twice as fast as the one I had before. It seems every few years we have to struggle with that. Or does a provider things on purpose......?
 I've also read a lot of books, especially from Jonh Grisham. I love the way he writes.......and there is always this little twist in the denouement of the book. And I made soap.......and a lot of vanilla stuff.........I will come to that in a later post.
I also made a lot of crock pot meals .......to put in the freezer, you know........for those "don't have time to coock"-days........or a lazy Sunday.........like today!
And one of the sad things is......we had to say goodbye to our cat Toepie. Very Sad. We miss her so much..............but life goes on as we all know.

I would like to say a big ""THANK YOU" to Mat for taking care of this blog while I was away.
You're a good friend, Mattie. Thank you.

Now let's get to the more "fun" stuff.............II have a new kit for you and I hope you like it,
because it has caused a lot of problems........I got regularly stuck with this one......lol.
The kit contains 5 overlays, 19 papers, 50 elements and 11 frames.

Another 3 in 1

Finally had a few minutes to create another 3 in 1 zip for you...Lace and Flower Border (Minikit 3) Then added the Heart Frame to the cluster for an overlay and finally added a background (Minikit 7 recolored) to create the QP. I made this QP using lots of elements from Miriam...the orchids I recolored, the flower overlay helped created the background and I cut the frame down inside some...love her lace for this one too! Y'all have a great mid week day! Hugs, Mati

My Velvet Flowers

I took a photo of these flowers at the Botanical Gardens, don't know the name of them, but I thought they looked like velvet. I extracted them, put them on some of Miriam's lace, added one of her ribbons, gave a few scattered shadows and some sparkle to create this border...hope you can find a use for it.  The shadow behind the whole border is for show here and is not in the download.
