Message about Lace set 4

Marie, lace set 4 is saved in a psd file. But I added a new link for separate layers beneath the preview.
For every one else who is having a problem with a psd file....it shouldn't.
I made a tut on how to use it, when your are not having Photoshop. I don't have Photoshop,
I only use Paint Shop Pro.
