I started with the wordart using one of Miriam's Dividers resized, then I created the background with on of Miriam's Flower Overlays, recolored and finally I used one of her frames with some of her flowers to create the QP (I have used this for a page for my niece Sebrina on FB) so I decided to break it down into 3 parts, all are included in this one download.
