I've also read a lot of books, especially from Jonh Grisham. I love the way he writes.......and there is always this little twist in the denouement of the book. And I made soap.......and a lot of vanilla stuff.........I will come to that in a later post.
I also made a lot of crock pot meals .......to put in the freezer, you know........for those "don't have time to coock"-days........or a lazy Sunday.........like today!
And one of the sad things is......we had to say goodbye to our cat Toepie. Very Sad. We miss her so much..............but life goes on as we all know.
I would like to say a big ""THANK YOU" to Mat for taking care of this blog while I was away.

Sincere condolences on the loss of Toepie, it is always sad to lose a pet - as you say life does go on but I'm sure you will always have fond memories of your furry friend...

Zo, je bent aardig bezig geweest, eerst met allemaal andere leuke dingen en ziedaar, er is ook weer een nieuwe kit. Geweldig.
Weet er alles van, dat "vastzitten"in een kit LOL!
Spijt me te hoeren dat Toepie er niet meer is. Doet altijd pijn en vergeten zal je nooit. Maar zoals je zegt, leven gaat verder, hoe lastig soms ook.

My, my, my....miss a few days of being on the computer and look what I find when I return....LOVE IT and thanks so much for sharing it. So glad you had a good summer and that you have new internet service. So terribly sad about Toepie...our furkids mean so much to us....so glad you got to make lots of fond memories with her. Just remember, you gave her a nice long life by bringing her inside to live. So happy you are back online, and I know I have been a little remiss here lately with offerings, but it was a very busy and very, very frustrating 6 months of trying to get this duplex sale done and over with...that finally happened TODAY as all the funds were transferred. So hard when all parties involved lives in different parts of the country! Thanks for the kind words my friend...many hugs sent to you and Rene...chat later. Luv, Mat

Wow, what an awesome kit. Didn't realize I'd missed out on these too,then remembered October was when I had pneumonia and then my hubby was hospitalized with respiratory failure and then had almost 6 weeks of home nursing, therapy etc. Thankful to God and the physicians/nurses that we are both here now and I'm once again enjoying all your wonderful work.
